Recipe: Spring Rolls
- Spring Rolls Wraps
- Leafy Greens
- Green Onion
- Red Bell Pepper
- Spicy Tuna
- Can of tuna
- Garlic powder
- Avocado Mayo
To to assemble:
- Prep veggies to be similar size, inch and a half to two inch “sticks” works great.
- Submerge spring roll wraps in warm water for about ten seconds
- Lay leafy greens and then rest of toppings in middle of wrap
- Fold top and bottom of wrap in to the middle
- Fold right edge in and then tightly roll toward the left direction.
- Place in fridge for 20 minutes
