How to Make Spring Rolls with Jacquelyn

Recipe: Spring Rolls


  1. Spring Rolls Wraps
  2. Leafy Greens
  3. Green Onion
  4. Red Bell Pepper
  5. Cucumber
  6. Spicy Tuna
    1. Can of tuna
    2. Garlic powder
    3. Avocado Mayo
    4. Salt
    5. Sriracha

To to assemble:

  1. Prep veggies to be similar size, inch and a half to two inch “sticks” works great.
  2. Submerge spring roll wraps in warm water for about ten seconds
  3. Lay leafy greens and then rest of toppings in middle of wrap
  4. Fold top and bottom of wrap in to the middle
  5. Fold right edge in and then tightly roll toward the left direction.
  6. Place in fridge for 20 minutes
  7. Enjoy

I filled an internship in Sweden, at Linnaeus University where I taught Health Education Courses and experienced how Swedish culture -or in Maya’s words beliefs- drive their thoughts of “lagom” (not too much, not too little), which drive emotions of peace, which drive physical habits of biking to work and social “fika” (coffee breaks).
