My idea of fun times is when I am able to play & kid around with my 3 beautiful children. This really makes my heart sing from top to bottom! They are such a blessing to me!

I also enjoy kickboxing, reading, writing poetry, cooking, singing karaoke, and watching the Food Network. My children and I can watch “Chopped” and “Beat Bobby Flay” on the Food Network all day long and never get tired!

A little bit about my work history; I have worked as a Behavior Coach/Behavioral Health Technician for the last 20+yrs, serving those who have been diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities (DD) and/or Severe Mental Illness (SMI).

My own personal health journey began in 2008 when I found myself overworked, overstressed & 50lbs overweight. This imbalance of life eventually led me to a dis-ease called diabetes. My PCP gave me a bag of medications and told me that I’d be on them for the rest of my life. I did not want this to be my reality, but I had accepted the opinion of the professionals and took my pills as I was told. By grace, In 2011 I met a Naturopathic doctor who believed in me & invested in my health and wellbeing. It took some time & work, but I was finally able to make the necessary lifestyle changes that were needed to reverse the symptoms of diabetes. It is 2019 and I am medication free with a hemoglobin A1c of 4.9. I’d say I’m doing pretty good!

I’m still a work in progress, but I have overcome some major health challenges as mentioned above, and I believe I can help you with some challenges that you might be facing. When I needed help someone invested in my health and wellbeing, and now I’d like to pay it forward by investing in yours. So where would you like to begin? Sugar, Stress, Anxiety? I’m all ears:-)
