Pumpkin and Hemp Seed Pesto

This pesto makes a great dip for veggies and chicken or thin it out with lemon juice and more olive or flax oil for a tasty and healthy dressing! Or mix it in to spiralized zucchini or a healthy, low-carb pasta.

Ingredients

6 cup fresh basil loosely packed

1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds unsalted

3/4 cup hemp seeds

1 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt

Recipe Notes

If using for a dressing, thin out with oil and lemon juice.

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until combined.

2. Store in the fridge up to one month.
