Homemade Cake Batter Protein Bars
2 scoops Sunwarrior Protein-Vanilla
1/4 cup small chocolate chips
1 Tbsp raw honey optional
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup blanched almond flour or cashew flour
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until completely combined.
2. Roll ‘dough’ onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet until desired bar thickness is achieved.
3. ‘Score’ the bars into squares. Refrigerate until hardened then enjoy!
4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
