Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding/Frosting

Make this dark chocolate avocado pudding when you or your family want a healthier sweet treat.

High in fiber and good fat, the no sugar lifestyle is a lifestyle that I would highly encourage everyone to adopt.

I’m talking about the white stuff…

Our clients know, in order to get off the sugar, they have to increase fat.

Good, healthy fat won’t make you fat, I promise.

This is a great recipe to help you step yourself down off sugar.

Remember, for those with sugar addiction and cravings, you can always step the sugar down within the recipe too, meaning, your first batch, make with 4 T agave nectar, your second batch with 2 T agave nectar, and so on, until you’re making it without any.

4 avocados

2 Tbsps vanilla extract

1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder (Can also use melted chocolate chips!)

agave nectar to taste

chocolate chips or coconut chips to top optional

1. Combine all ingredients in the food processor until combined. Sweeten with agave to your liking. Serve or store in the fridge up to one week.

2. Note: Use less cocoa powder for a non-dark chocolate version. Also, the less agave, the less sweet your pudding will be. Feel free to sweeten with stevia for a no-calorie, all-natural sweetener.

Recipe Notes

Note: If using melted chocolate chips, melt them down in a saucepan with coconut oil for added creaminess!
