Basic, Real Food Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients –

1 cup dates
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup protein (a powder, hemp seeds or raw sunflower seeds)
pinch salt
1 T vanilla extract

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor until thoroughly combined.

Pat ‘dough’ onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Cut into bar shapes and enjoy!
